We're hiring Team Members for our 2026 season! Team Members work the front end, scoop ice cream, perform light prep, & bake. Both seasonal & year round positions available.

Compensation is base wage plus tips, plus bonuses. We are hiring for both our Beach Haven & Surf City shops. We encourage applicants to make themselves available at both locations, though that is not required. Base wage compensation is skills based according to a straightforward chart provided to all Team Members, & tips & bonuses are added to that. Entry level Team Members earn more as they gain skill competencies & receive raises to their base wage. Team Members may earn both weekly & end of season bonuses.
